Projects don't fail from a lack of charts, graphs, stats, or reports, they fail from a lack of clear communication. Momentum creates a Project Schedule for each project we work on using award winning Basecamp software, an online project management and collaboration tool.

Each Project has it’s schedule, participants, their roles, and tasks. The web based tool helps in scheduling deadlines, milestones completions, time tracking and task assignment. The project updates can be delivered using RSS feed. The project tracking system allows assigning people to work on the project from resources available and these people can be assigned as a team, or individually. All team members have pre-assigned roles that they perform, which are set up in the system. Your project manager will look after the details of the project, phase it, plan it and work with you to achieve it.

For larger projects we create multiple web projects, each piece representing a separate sub project (module) with the shared tasks and individuals.

Quality Assurance & Automated Error Reporting

We conduct extensive quality assurance tests procedures on every project. It includes usability, accessibility and performance tests done on multiple browsers, operating systems and under various conditions.

Each website will have an error notification system which will email each error to a support team and programmers to investigate its reasons and fix the bugs or take steps to prevent from reoccurrence of the error.

A standard message “This function is currently unavailable. We apologize that you are not able to access this feature at the present time. Our Technical Support Team has been notified. No further action required.” will be displayed to on error event.
